Hotels

All conference hotels are within walking distance or a short subway ride away from all conference venues (except the junior faculty colloquium). Rooms from the conference blocks can only be booked until certain dates (see below). Participants need to book their accommodation directly at the hotels (not via the conference organizers!). Conference quotas in all hotels are limited so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred hotel.

• Our recommendation: The hotel offers excellent value for money and is the most affordable of the conference hotels. It is very well rated on the relevant portals. The conference venue is just a short, pleasant walk away through the “Schadowstraße”, Düsseldorf's newest shopping and pedestrian zone, or a one-minute subway ride. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and can also be easily reached by public transport (S-Bahn station “Wehrhahn” or tram stop “Pempelforter Straße”).

• Our recommendation: This new hotel offers was opened in 2018. It offers excellent value for money and is exceptionally well rated on the relevant portals. The conference venue is just a short walk away, or a three-minute tram ride. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and can also easily be reached by public transport (tram stop “Berliner Allee”).

• Our recommendation: The hotel is a classic for business travels in Düsseldorf. It offers very good value for money and is the only hotel in our allocation that offers double rooms. It is well rated on the relevant portals. The conference venue is just a short, pleasant walk away via Düsseldorf's famous Königsallee boulevard or a three-minute subway ride. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and is also easily accessible by public transport (tram stop “Graf-Adolf-Platz”).
